Hoddinot Cottage, Sussex

We were approached by a young family in search of transforming their 2-bedroom semi-detached house into a spacious 4-bedroom family home. Our response was to design a remarkable two-storey side and rear extension that includes a much-needed utility room and downstairs cloakroom, along with an expansive open plan kitchen, living, and dining area.

At the first floor level, we relocated the family bathroom to the new side extension, providing more convenience. Additionally, we added an extra bedroom to cater to the growing needs of the family. The rear of the house features a master bedroom suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
