Sussex Semi-Detached House Extension

In Sussex, a young family needed their modest two-bedroom semi-detached house to grow with them. Their vision: a light-filled, four-bedroom home with space to live, work, and relax — without losing the property’s charm.

We designed and delivered a two-storey side and rear extension, creating an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space at the heart of the home. A new utility room, downstairs cloakroom, and relocated family bathroom improved practicality, while upstairs we added an extra bedroom and a master suite with its own en-suite and walk-in wardrobe.

Every element was planned for comfort and efficiency — from the natural flow between old and new spaces to the integration of storage and light. Party Wall agreements, planning approvals, and on-site supervision were all handled as part of our service, ensuring the project ran smoothly from first sketches to completion.
