The Design Feasibility Study answers them on evidence — before you commit to design fees or building work. It's the paid first step, and it commits you to nothing beyond it. Design Feasibility Plus — £2,250 + VAT · Recommended Everything in Design Feasibility, plus: - A third hybrid option where worth drawing - Investigation of the services and structure behind your key decision - Buildability and cost input from a builder - A planning check on external changes - A sequenced roadmap of decisions, costs and consents Payment: 50% on instruction · 50% on issue of the study. If you proceed to the design stages with us within six months, the full study fee is credited against those fees — in effect, the study is free if you go ahead. Not sure which level fits?
