The Design Feasibility Study — one paid first step, three depths Every project starts with the same questions: will we get planning, what will it really cost, and is it worth doing? The Design Feasibility Study answers them on evidence — before you commit to design fees or building work. It's the paid first step, and it commits you to nothing beyond it. Design Feasibility — £1,500 + VAT - Site visit and measure-up - Existing floor plans drawn for the study - Two design options at concept level - High-level build cost bands against your budget - A clear recommendation on the strongest route Payment: 50% on instruction · 50% on issue of the study. If you proceed to the design stages with us within six months, the full study fee is credited against those fees — in effect, the study is free if you go ahead. Not sure which level fits?
